Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow seven business days to process your order. Expect an email within seven business days or sooner to let you know your order is on the way!

FLAT RATE SHIPPING

Orders are generally shipped within three business days using USPS; Canada Post's delivery standard is 2 - 7 days. Flat rate shipping fee of $9.00 applies to orders of one book, and $15.00 of multiple books, shipping within the United States. We do not ship outside of the United States at this time.

 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

For simple flat rate shipping: We offer $9.00 flat rate shipping to the United States for one paperback and flat rate shipping of multiple books of $15.00 within the United States.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We do not accept returns on personalized items. We accept returns up to 3 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at pjfiala@pjfiala.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
