After purchase, our trusted ebook distribution partner, BookFunnel, will email you a link providing immediate online access to your ebook.
The online page at BookFunnel also offers instructions on how to download your ebook or deliver the file to your Kindle, iPhone, Android device, Nook or Kobo.

REFUNDS & RETURNS
Purchases from PJ Fiala's Store are non-refundable, with the exception of items lost or damaged in shipping or the rare instance of a printing or product error.
When you make a purchase from our store, prior to completing your checkout, please review your shopping cart carefully to be sure you've purchased the correct quantity, correct format (ebook or paperback), and correctly requested any custom personalization for each book in your order.
There is no return for change of mind. Returns are eligible for defective or damaged items if you contact us within 7 days of receiving item (according to the tracking).
Because ebooks are delivered immediately, no refunds will be given. We stand by our products and know you'll enjoy them as much as the thousands of PJ Fiala readers before you! If you experience technical difficulties downloading/accessing your ebook, please contact help@bookfunnel.com.
We recommend you check your personal library to ensure you haven't already purchased a book elsewhere before buying directly from us. But we also know that mistakes happen! In the event of a duplicate purchase, please email pjfiala@pjfiala.com with proof of your prior purchase.
